Congratulations to our dedicated member Wade Loo for have been selected as a recipient of the 2008 OCA Unsung Hero Award!

OCA National has been proud to partner with General Motors in recognizing Wade’s long-term dedication and commitment to OCA and our community.  A celebration for this achievement at the National Convention will be held at the Hilton Washington Hotel in Washington, DC on July 31 to August 3, 2008.

FOOD, WATER, SHELTER… OCA SAN MATEO MAKES AN EMERGENCY REQUEST TO HELP SAVE SICHUAN EARTHQUAKE VICTIMS

Due to the recent devastating earthquake in Sichuan Province of China, the estimated death toll rose Thursday to around 20,000 but could eventually top 50,000, in addition to hundreds of homes being destroyed.  The OCA San Mateo is reaching out to our members, families and friends asking donations to help of the disaster victims.  As in any rescue efforts, time is of the essence.  The sooner we receive the donations, the sooner relief will be provided.  Please make cash (or credit card) donations to the following organizations set up for the relief efforts.
